The Settings area provides administrative controls for your UMS organisation.

User management

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions from the Users tab:
  • Add users — Invite new team members to your organisation
  • Edit roles — Assign permissions that control what each user can access
  • Deactivate users — Remove access for users who no longer need it

Imports and exports

Bulk data management tools:
  • Bulk imports — Upload accounts, sites, connections, and other data in bulk using CSV templates
  • Import history — View the status and results of previous imports
  • Export data — Download data from any module as CSV

Customise your UMS experience:
  • Display settings — Configure default views and layouts
  • Organisation settings — Manage organisation-wide configuration

Portal & custom domain

Organisation Admins on the Business and Enterprise plans can deploy a white-label customer portal on a domain you control, and route inbound and outbound organisation email through that same domain. Custom domains are connected by delegating nameservers to Utilified; verification status auto-polls until your domain is live. The Portal & Domain tab is hidden on the Starter plan.
